We are designing a plant with a capacity of 100,000–150,000 tons
per year using Industry 4.0 technologies: robotic lines, AI for
quality control, 100% solar energy. Investment volume - $150M+.
Territory - from 5 hectares with the possibility of creating a
Free Zone.
Modular launch reduces capital risk: the
plant is scaled up gradually as the market grows. The first
stage is commissioning with minimal investment, further
expansion based on real sales.
It all began in 1942, when a 5,000 m² refrigeration complex was established in Lviv. In 1965, an ice cream factory — Lvivskyi Kholodokombinat, now known as Limo UA — was founded on its basis. This enterprise became the foundation upon which the international project Gelimo is being built.
